Absolutely wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about Advance. We had two bow windows installed in our family room and we could not be happier. Starting with the excellent customer service from the Newark office. Scheduling was easy and fast. Rodney came out and was very knowledgeable of the products and services they offer. He scheduled for Gary to come out and measure everything to order the windows. The crew that came to install the windows were very professional and skilled. They covered everything in the area they were working so nothing got dirty. They had the windows out and the new ones in only a couple of hours. And they look incredible. The trim on the inside of the home and outside looks great. I did not realize how much of a difference a nice trim would make. The windows are beautiful and they are extremely well-priced compared to the other two estimates we received. We already have our next two sliding glass doors on order with them. Highly recommended.
I am happy that I chose Advance Inc. to replace my porch slider doors, install new front and back entry doors, and replace basement windows. Having used this company previously to build a deck on my home, I was impressed yet again with their professionalism, cost, and installation.

From the Owner Gary, to the salesperson David, the Roofing Team headed by Adrian, the Windows installed by Jose, and the siding installed by Jose's Team, and the second Gary, the Project Manager, the result to my home is fabulous as you can see, and the experience was TOP DRAWER. They did new roof, new windows, new siding. After struggling with other contractors for six months, I called David, and everything was taken care of from that moment on. Done correctly. Done extremely well. Done by professionals with exceptional character and responsibility.
